I like having all the different settings especially the quick speed, because it makes doing laundry a little more enjoyable. I thought it would be noisy but it's pretty quiet. Nothing negative to say in the short time I've had it.

Called Best Buy and was given a case number and told someone would call us. That’s it. Horrible customer service on a product they sold. I had a Samsung for 13 years and it sounded NOTHING like this machine. No idea why a newer washer would be worse than my old unit that finally gave up. More than disappointed in product and Best Buy.

I had a repair man from Samsung and was told to use full loads and use the bedding cycle to keep the drum from spending to fast. It still makes a lot of noise.

We called the service guy from samsung and he checked the software and said all good, this is how it is! I wish i would know this before , i wouldn’t buy this! I can’t believe i spent so much money on this garbage! Also there is no program description anywhere not even online!
