It started making a weird noice like a helicopter thought it was going to explode. Geek squad came out to fix it but stated that they couldn't and directed me to Samsung. Samsung didn't even bother and zelle me a refund which i thought was weird paid out of pocket extra 400 for a new washer

It's not just annoying but literally so disruptive to us since we work from home that we can only do laundry when no one is planning to be on a zoom call.
