Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate to even have to say anything negative about Samsung's products but this washer has not met my expectations and has even left little oil deposit spots on some of my clothing, on top of that it doesn't was as quietly as my previous over 10 year old LG washer. I had to have their technician come out twice which is them creating a monopoly because I requested a second oponion and they send the same person out to tell me its fine. Sorely disappointed in this machine and Samsung's customer service. I reported these issues not even 3 weeks from receiving it and they refuse to homor my request to take it back and have made it their agenda to make sure I'm stuck with it whether it works correctly or not.

Great dryer

Thought the lint holder would be difficult to open, but was easy. Lots of choices for drying. Sale price was great but I had to buy new pedestals. $$$ Last dryer was Samsung and after 11 years, stopped working. Thought old pedestal would fit but didn’t. Only thing I don’t like is you have to push 2 buttons to start.

Customer service left me high and dry when they refused to install so I had to call in a plumber to do it for me, but I can't leave a bad review for the machine itself. Its excellent!
