The washer is great and so were the guys that came and installed it. I wasn't too happy about when they delivered because they were supposed to come on a Saturday morning between 7 and 1 and they called me at 11 that morning saying they had to reschedule and couldn't get me in until the next Thursday.

Used it only a couple of times and it works very well in getting clothes dry

I have to say this set looks amazing in person. The white with the blue digital lights on the machine looks high tech and expensive. It works as it should. Love all the features and feel comfortable with the Samsung brand. Best Buy delivered and setup in my home. Very happy!

price was good as it was on sale. However it is a bit noisy and shakes a lot when running. I also noticed that there was a slight rust starting to form at the outside that I have been cleaning out to make sure it does not stick. You may want to read reviews about that as this seems to be a common issue that Samsung is not doing anything about. I also realized that the filter is not that sturdy and may not hold enough things that fall through and could possibly clog your outlets. So far I have been cleaning it every month or so and not finding many things there, with my old ge front load I would find treasures in the filter (coins, clips, even kids socks)

This Samsung moisture sensor dryer has an amazing detection of moisture. It completed the dryness of all forty clothes inside the compartment and has enough room for this quantity.

I’m loving this washer so far. It’s my first time ever purchasing a washer and I decided to go with the front loader. Remember to leave the door and detergent holder open to avoid mold. Also was recommended to not use pods unless you’re washing with hot water.

Delivery and Installation went very smooth . All the guys were very professional and also took the time to show me how each washer and dryer worked .

The dryer is beautiful, nice, but the brand new dryer I received didn’t heat, it was stuck in cooling mode, after researching this is a common problem with Samsung dryers. But, someone came and looked at it, and they are replacing it with the same model but a new dryer today. So, hopefully there is nothing wrong with this one. As far as returning and exchanging my item they gave me no problem at all, surprisingly since I’ve had the dryer for 18 days now. I just moved in my home so I didn’t know it was damaged until I moved in a few days ago and used the dryer for the first time.

Stacked washer rattles like Hell in spin cycle. Repair man came and it still rattles. Other than that, gotta dry the water off seal when your done washing or the seal will mildew and mold then start stinking.

the product works great and purchased at a reasonable price but the installation guys wouldn't install it because of the existing gas line. Aren't there always existing gas lines?

We replaced our aging drying with this Samsung model that matches our current washer. So far it has been great and seems to dry everything in less than an hour.

Just arrived today! Have not stacked them and I guess we didn't request them to stack them. We have had Samsung brand for years.

Here is the Bottom line, you put your clothes in the Dryer, Turn the power on, press the start button, when the pleasant chimes sound your clothes are done, a load of Towels You use the Heavy duty settings, it's also quiet and Best Buy Installation was superior

I wanted this in the platinum but it was back ordered so I got the white. It scratched already honestly but other than that it’s fine. Mostly dries completely on the first round. Every now and then I need a second go.

Our first Samsung washer and we highly recommended. Very smooth and easy operation. The entire experience with Best Buy deserves not 5 6 stars!

I love my Samsung front loading washer & dryer. I just WISH I got the dryer with a STEAM feature.

It does what a dryer is supposed to do. Completes cycles way before the wash is done and with the moisture sense it continues drying once the time is up if needed. Door is super easy to switch sides on.
