It's a good washer that clean your clothes so fresh and clean with no stains on clothes

I am now on my 2nd Samsung Dryer -the first one was delivered fine and once I turned it on we quickly realized the tub was not installed in dryer correctly - it scraped and made horrible sound. Best Buy picked up and delivered another one promptly. The Timed Dry feature does not work. I will be returning it.

My other dryer died. I bought this one, received it in 3 days. It works great!! I love it. Even plays a tune when it’s done! Plus it was on sale

An excellent washer that works great and is a huge value for the money.

Customer service was great. Delivery was on time Except we had to wait another week. The delivery personnel forgot the stacker kit amd was not able to install our unit. Therefore we had to use laundry facilities to clean our clothes. Other than that set up was good amd we love our stackable washer and dryer

This dyer does everything I need it to do. I has some very options to use.

This Samsung dryer is not only pleasing to the eye but incredibly easy to use and extremely efficient. A standard time for my super load is just over 40 minutes and my clothes have never felt so soft and fluffy. It's happy little tune when a load is done is also easy to disengage if you want.

The only thing I don't like is the fact that it is loud. Love the quick cycle, 20 minutes you are done if it isn't a heavy load

The delivery was on time. The workers were knowledgeable ad professional. They were finished within an hour. I love my new washer and dryer.

Bought this for my dads home, when his washer broke down. He loves it so far. No issues so far.

Washer broke within 3 months. Had to call Samsung because BB extended warranty was not yet in effect. Service came within in a few days but was unable to repair. The recommended replacing the unit. We said ok. So we have been waiting for 3 weeks and still no washer. The Rep told me this morning that the time frame was 21 business days! Why did they not tell me that before? One rep 2 weeks ago called me every day for 4 days to only tell me it was approved and would take 7 business days. That time went and I called again. No trucking company was assigned (should have been 2 weeks ago) so the lady on Tuesday assigned one. This morning I called and was told no unit was available from that company and another would be chosen. What a JOKE Samsung is. I will never buy Samsung again! This has been a nightmare. I'll go back to ABT who has superb service. Absolute Horrible service here, would not recommend to my enemies.

Love the washer got it as an open box and it was like new when I wen to go pick it up. The price was half price so it was nice.

Love my new washer. It uses less detergent than my old one but my clothes look and smell cleaner. It’s so quiet and energy efficient.
