My old Samsung Washer finally stopped working after 12 years. I love Samsung washer's features hence decided to stick with the brand and got this one. No regret. It is surprisingly quiet. I cannot hear any sound even when it's spinning, sitting on the same floor with laundry room door closed.

There is some serious flaw with the design of this washer. Overall it works great but for some reason it holds water inside the machine and you have to drain it every month and the smell and amount of water is ungodly. I have owned several washers in my lifetime and I've never had to service mine monthly and drain stagnant water out of it. I wasn't aware you had to do this until it stopped working after 6 months of owning it. Thank god for You Tube - Just say no!

I highly recommend this washing machine. It has a good capacity for washing all the family's clothes, and it's practically silent while it's running. For me, it's absolutely fantastic.

So far no issues and we are happy with the washer. Our old washer began not operating right until it completely stop functioning. We wanted to buy Samsung as we've heard these washers are generally works great and reliable for the price. Glad that the washing machine replacement mission is accomplished.

Well made stackable front load washer with multiple washing cycles each with multiple washing settings. Large capacity stainless steel tub holds large loads. We used the Best Buy delivery and take-away option and it was quick and easy !

I’ve bought several open box appliances, which have all been wonderful. This one is bad. It vibrated unbelievably, I went on Samsung’s website because there was nothing in the book about what to do. I did everything to the very last suggestion which was recalibrating. It got better, but I’m only doing small loads. Now, even though I haven’t done very many washes it wants to do a pure clean. So I did. It’s a four hour job…the very last hour it LC errored . By the way, the manual that came with the washer didn’t have any codes in it so you have to look them up online. Found out that LC stands for leak. I checked everywhere there’s no leak, and it would not finish!! It wants me to start all over….. Thankfully, I have my old (not front load) washer that I I’m able to use until I have time to deal with this. I hope they can help and I’ll let you know what the fix is or what they say.

Good units. Wish there was more talk about how the install would go. I have them assemblers and plugged in but I can’t use the dryer for ventilation reasons. Works great just was t expecting to just be left. But all is good. I was bummed with that, but the units are awesome ! Can’t beat ‘em for the price

From ordering with a customer service agent to delivery, this has been my best purchase this year! The machine is quiet, cleans clothes well and soft chime when cycle is complete. Easy to use. Can’t you tell I love it!

Removal of old washer and delivery and setup Of new washer was excellent. New machine with vibration technology is just what’s needed for an upper level laundry room.

Vibrated much more than an electrolux it replaced. Was able to tone it down some with taking time to level it perfectly. still kind of wants to walk at certain speeds of spin. When it winds up and down. Not at an actual speed that it holds at. Also door design is pretty dumb. Drips and couple ounces of water if you open door right after a cycle has ended. Enough to leave a small patch of water. ~5in x 5in. Either wipe it as you open or be lazy like me and open it after the water has dripped internally into the drum. One extra note is that the water actually drops from the detergent area onto the clothes. My electrolux before just filled the drum from the bottom up. Didn't even think of that until I was watching my first cycle this washer.

This washer looks small, but the capacity is no joke and now im drowning in laundry. This does not come with the stacking kit and you MUST remove the shipping bolts.
