Purchased this Samsung because I had the same brand for approximately 8 years prior to this purchase in 2022. The feel of the door is much lighter(flimsier) but I have not had but one issue with the machine so far. My last machine had to have the electronic brain replaced and I was worried I might have the same issue with this model because it had an issue with resetting itself after I made manual adjustments. After turning on and off I haven't had the same issue. I did buy a warranty though because it just does not seem as stout as my other Samsung. All in all the price was good at the time and Best Buy as a Samsung rep is very accomodating to reach out to correct issues.

Got a great deal on both the Samsung Washer & Dyer. So far they good and quite. Love the features that weighs your close to see and estimates your washing time. And the dryer will stop ones close are dried even if its set for a longer time period.

We have been using these Samsung for our rental places several during the years and never got issues. These are great for the small places. We can recommend these for all. Not our first and not tha last one either.

Good quality , A little bit small compared with the traditional ones ! When use it, for the dark color clothes , choose 1 level of the heat, ! if you have small load , do the quick wash! I have been using it for more than a year! love my Samsung washer because it doesn’t ruin my clothes , works well with different types of clothes! A loiter but small for comforter and blankets! Should sanitize it every 6 months! it has the ringtone indicating when clothes are done washing! very nice washer

I had used this brand (Samsung) before and liked it, so when it was time to get a new machine I chose it. I am pleased, it is modern and efficient. One aspect is that you are kept informed on how much time is left before it's done. It's helpful.

This washing machine has a good choice in cycles and wash time is shorter than my last, which is nice. The vibration technology is absolute crap. This things shakes like crazy and sounds like it is going to go through the floor. My old model which was close to 10 years old shook quite a bit so I wanted the newer model that had vibration technology. This one is worse than my old one. Over all the machine works well but not the vibration technology

Positive: Easy to use, huge inside, can fit a lot of laundry in one load. Negative: Has a plastic odor inside. I hoped it would wear off but it’s been almost a month and it still smells badly.

Looks very similar to the old unit and did fit under the dryer very much like the old unit. Just had a small difference in the dryer offset to the wall. Still no problem accessing the front loading. Glad of this working out. And the unit works well through the initial cycle.

These are the best Washer/Dryer set I've ever used. Excellent functionality! A lot of settings, also they don't waste electricity nor water. I love them now I can wash and dry all my bed covers at home don't have to deal with going out to a laundromat. I was a bit skeptical because of that issue Samsung had a couple of years ago but I have absolutely " NO REGRETS" I would recommend these even to my worse enemy. Stay safe out there! BE KIND! Love you!!!!!

Definite upgrade from older models but still shares a similar look so it’s not standing out from dryer. It is quite, fast, and has plenty of options.

We first got the open box washer even though we ordered brand new, after few days we got the brand new washer installed. Buying experience from best buy is always good except delivery experience where you have to careful cheers. Cheers!

I had this washer in a previous residence, but sadly had to leave it behind. I was so glad when my current washer stopped working and I had the opportunity to get this one. It does a great job, has intuitive controls on the front with lots of options, and is attractive (and quiet).

It was delivered quickly, set up quickly and runs great love all the different settings. Can do a quick wash. Be done in 20 minutes. Perfect for a family of five. All the technology features are cool a little much for a Gen X to deal with.

This is a great washing machine. I feel like everything comes out clean. It also has a quick option for 26 minute washes. Great when you are in a hurry.

Washer was dented and not working after first drop off but after calling and getting a replacement me and my family are extremely satisfied !! Love the new combo
