cloths are clean, large capacity. couldn't be more happier with this machine. might need the pedals due to it's deep size. need to reach inside deep to get clothes....

I got a washer from a different store and a different brand, when it spins it moves and vibrate so much that it pops the door open and mess up and scratch my floor. So, when I got this brand at BestBuy, at first, I was scared it was going to do the same thing, but it's been amazing, low noise, less vibration, I can load my washer and not be bordered. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I think this product will be just fine for my mom, once we get the stand under it.

thanks! love the color. sad you only had the white set in stock we had to buy the dryer to match from home depot. not happy pre black friday they were sold out and advertised like crazy for the upcoming sale. we could not get the promised gift card for buy a set or a 1/2 gift card or discount from the store manager unless we got the white so that was upsetting. love the stainless black anyway! if you get the set/dryer too- only thing wrong is you have to use timed dry because it turns itself off over and over thinking the clothes are dry on every other setting even set to maximum dryness
