The letters and numbers are wiping right off the control panel, as if they’re written with marker. Samsung customer service said “make sure my hands are dry before using” and “not a defect”. I see online forums mentioning this same problem dating back to 2017. Is this their fingerprint resistant technology!? How insulting that this multi billion dollar company tell it’s consumers it’s our own fault for using a washing machine with wet hands!

We bought this one as the partner to the dryer. This machine is amazingly smart and saves pretty well on water. The fact it's front load gives us more space for large blankets and things we couldn't wash easily before without issues. I do also love how we can customize the wash cycle to fit our needs. It's recommended to Calibrate the machine once installed, so that it's accurate. Once calibrated it runs amazingly.

Honestly, I’m short so front loading g is so much easier for me and I’ve never had any problems with leaks or ever need a repair. The seal on the machine is great, love the safety features and the different settings for Bulk such as towels and bedding.

Lots of bells and whistles that I don't need but some folks will like ( only washing for 2). My only negative was that it was a few inches deeper than my 18 year old washer and finally gave up the ghost. ....so my closet doors do not close. I also would prefer knobs rather than an electronic panel, but they do not make those anymore.
