Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.only way it could be better is if there were a dependable parts and repair service in north America for it... you basically have to treat them as throw aways because you can't get parts or a get a repair service to work on them, but they do last five or more years on well water and doing 10 loads a week on average (5 kids)

Second manager took care of everything

The settings are we feel more customizable, from the soil level, how many rinses and etc. The alert tune at the end can be turned to the standard alert if you do not like the tune. We like it as it goes longer, it’s a fun sound and prompts you to take care of the laundry. As with just the simple alert that can sometimes be not heard right away and or forgotten.
