I really don't care much for the maintenance having to drain it all the time and sometimes it does have a funky humid smell. My next purchase will definitely be a top load.

It's ridiculous for this to happen! See pictures Looking at other reviews, other customers had the same problem! Samsung doesn't stand behind their products nor will to compensate their customers for a common problem right after warranty expires No more Samsung washers DO NOT BUY!!!

Front loading stackable washer

Main bearing broke 2 weeks after warranty expired. Purchased same model replacement ...slightly different but still part of stackable set with matching dryer. New one seems to vibrate more than previous model, has more options than previous model.

It is very silent and it does not vibrate much. So I think their vibration technology is working for this. It looks neat and cool on our basement and makes it more lively down there. It can handle the regular load that we usually have, there are 4 of us. Installation was quick if you just follow the instructions on the manual. We’re happy with this purchase.

I washed a load and had severe vibrations during the spin cycle. It was only when I went to troubleshooting, noise and vibration, clicked on a QR code and watched a video that I became aware of the shipping bolts. This is unsatisfactory and should certainlyset up instructions are inadequate. be rectified. Put a tag on the bolts that says REMOVE.

Easy to use and then a couple of the guys at Best Buy helped me load it in the back of my truck. Next is a Samsung dryer eventually when my Whirlpool goes. But I do have a Whirlpool dryer stacked on top of the Samsung so I do have to make sure the dryer doesn’t move around too much since I can’t use mounting brackets for two different brands. Otherwise it works for now
