Quiet and cleans stubborn stains

The washer runs quietly and doesn't use a large amount of water, but cleans well, even stubborn stains seem to get more clean than our old washer, when pre-treated. The price seemed reasonable considering the quality and features. I highly recommend it!

IT'S WONDERFUL NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH AN AGITATOR - IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO WASH LARGE ITEMS LIKE COMFORTERS, OR SMALL ITEMS THAT WOULD GET TRAPPED UNDER AND AROUND AN AGITATOR. To their credit, Lowes refunded the entire purchase price in the form of a gift card. Lowes did not have any washers in stock. Best Buy delivered this in 5 days. This Samsung is quiet washing and quiet spinning. Very happy with my purchase.
