Load amount is awesome. Sometimes when forgetting things in pocket is bad for all machines, small compartment at bottom of machine collects items.

Washer initially leaked in the first wash however it did not after that and its now atleast 4 washes old. Caps for the 4 holes that we need to empty out during installation was not provided and therefore they categorizing it as excellent with none of the parts missing does seem a little misleading. I had no plans to return as Best Buy wanted to haul it back in. Samsung ensured it was covered under warranty and was very responsive when I reported the leak and even scheduled a service however I did not have to use it as Washer seemed to have fixed itself or may be the washer was not standing evenly on the floor initially. So hoping it wouldn't have issues in future, a chance I was willing to take.

Clothes piling up. Best Buy arranged delivery and installation of this Samsung front loader in short order. Tennant pleased with the speed and delighted with the new machine. The "vibration reduction technology" is a plus with a new baby in the house..
