Great washing machine. Fits a lot and pretty easy to use.

This dryer is the most smartest one in the market. Amazing thing is the smart drying process which not only dries the clothes but also prevents it from wrinkles. Would definitely recommend this machine.

I bought this washer to replace an old one. This has been one of my best decisions this year. My bed sheets have been smelling fresher longer compared to when I would use my old washer. Its quiet and i havent had any issues.

Quiet, great custom settings, only complain I have is that I wish you could lock the control panel so small young kids don't turn off the wash when they mess with the buttons. My 3 year-old loves the sounds it makes when pushing the touch screen and it leads to him turning off our wash often. Overall great washer.

I got this to be stacked with the matching washer. It has a tendancy to ball up sheets and blankets as they dry which never happened with my other Samsung dryer. As a result they take forever to dry. For everything else it works great. In the stacked setup it is difficult for me at 5'2" to see and reach the controls with the angle it is at.

Fairly eady to operate but manual needs to go into more detail as to what contitutes rhe types of loads for the various cycles. Also, the manual should indicate to add detergent, bleach, etc. after selecting the cycle and settings; otherwise, detergent does not dispense at all during the cycle. I had to research that issue online.

This dryer runs well handles fairly good sized loads and runs much more quietly than our old dryer. It dries the clothes thoroughly without over drying and damaging the fabric, using the right settings. I also felt that the price was reasonable for the quality and features. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing couldn't be any more happier. My previous one I owned for 12 years and still working but I thought it was time to upgrade and I was a little nervous and the product is just absolutely amazing and I couldn't even say anything more about it is just the best product I've ever bought.

Washer machine is actually much more compact. The load space is much larger and much stronger. Very easy to use

Love my washer. It works perfectly. When I bought I was afraid of the loud noise which usually comes with such a device, but that was not the case it works with no noticeable sound. Love it.

The delivery guys were great however the machine was damaged. They got us to contact Best Buy for an amount off. However, the money did not show up. It took two hours on the phone for them to finally tell us we could get a Best Buy gift card. We are still waiting on that.
