Great upgrade to our old top load washer. I couldn't be more happier in the style and ease of usability in the machine. Tons of setting variations and huge load space for blankets. I've been using this washer for about a month now and it's performing like a champ.

I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with dogs. My dogs have shorthair and don't shed very much but I have to remove and clean the filter every 2 weeks (about 5-6 loads) or the machine stops working mid-load. Dog hair on the rubber seal made water leak out the door although the self clean cycle fixed that issue. The machine stopped with a SUD error, allegedly meaning I used too much detergent. I used one HE pod for a full load. It took me an hour to fix that error message. The top of the washer is full of scratches from a plastic hamper and the spin cycle shakes the whole house.

Washer is nice. Seems to work well and vibrates very little on the spin. The cycles are a little hard to get use to. Still learning what works best for us. I know they arent required but we felt we needed the pedestals to make it easier to access the washer and dryer. Those are a total ripoff! $500 for the pair. No drawer is worth that.!!

Great Washer! I need to purchase the stackle so that I can stack my washer and dryer together, but I love how the clothes are still hot even after the wash cycle has ended!

Bought this product from Best Buy. Had to wait to receive the item. When it came, my schedule is full and did not have the opportunity to install it immediately. Several weeks went by before I did get it installed. The product was defective and would not fill with water. Contacted Best Buy about an exchange and they said since it was past 15 days, there was nothing they could do and that I would have to go to the manufacturer. Did not run one load of laundry through the washer. Awful customer service I would suggest going to a retailer who will stand behind what they sell.

So far I love this washer. I have no issues, it is doing the job it needs to do. I think I can actually put more clothes in it than the old top load washer I had before.

I have been using about a month & all good so far. Went with simpler model than my last samsung as it had a bunch of options i never used. This has everything needed.

The washer is easy to use. Doesn't take long to wash clothes.

A no frills solid washing machine. I particularly like the stainless steel drum and the reduced water use (compared to my previous top load). I wish the rinse was a little more thorough but that feature is customizable. Overall highly recommended.

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

The washer itself is very efficient. Almost leaves clothes dry when it's done spinning. However, it spins so fast that any imbalance causes the machine to shake... which vibrates the entire house. The song it plays at the end is LONG... good thing it's cheerful!

Had for a little over a year and was great for washing all load sizes! Unfortunately, had to replace after a year due to the bolts not being properly installed upon shipment where overtime caused it to become damaged.

It’s pretty good. I have not had any problems with it.

Beautiful washer! Looks very sleek. If you're into air drying your gonna love this washer as it really gets a lot of the water out during it's spin cycle.

I am a Samsung Appliance fan. My previous washer was a 5.8 inch top-load but the logic got messed up. My prior washer stopped spinning and would start all over at the rinse/spin stage. Hoping my new front-load would be true to all it is promising. Am enjoying my washer.
