Love Love Love my new unit. I've finally caught up to the technology of doing laundry. This adds to my Samsung Eco system. It checks all of the boxes when it comes to laundry.

Excellent washer. Lots of room for comforter. Second same model newer design purchased.

Great machine! If I had one complaint it would be to change the tone it makes when the wash is complete.

Didn't give a 5 due to not being able to control the rinse water temperature. Still learning on the cycles. So far, this machine will work for doing laundry. Only 2 people in our house so don't use for large loads.

I've had this unit for 14 months now and not one problem. I had two sets of whirlpool, top load and front load and both failed several times within 2 years so I gave up and switched to Samsung. I'm not disappointed! Quiet, fast and efficient!

Best washer I have ever owned. Very energy efficient. It also uses less water. It has a quick wash feature on it and only takes 22 minutes. It's also self cleaning. I want to buy the stackable dryer.

Excellent brand! Slightly larger capacity than my previous Samsung washer. Was excited to know that it fit on the same pedestal as before

We love our washer. It runs quietly, handles large loads well. We run it many times a week and have had it for a year now. Our clothes come very clean!

Definitely something I should have bought earlier, I was a bit concerned about samsung washing machines but after using this product I am definitely satisfied with the quality, features, settings and how great of a job it does. Its definitely quiet, intelligent and has all the required features/settings someone might need.

Shirts come out dry. Mainly use the time dry setting. Bummed it didn’t have steam but hats out fault for not checking for the feature

Works great. Got it when it was on sale. worth the price after my older one broke.

I love this machine I can’t imagine running to the laundromat anymore. And my clothes do not smell like a machine shop, Nor do they smell like somebody else’s dirty clothes and what I especially like is the fact that I don’t get somebody else is laundry soap and or bleach on my clothing.

The washer is very efficient and surprisingly quiet. I have no buyer regrets and have actually recommended this product to others. The delivery personnel, Matt and Brandon, were exceptional and should be commended for their dedication to customer service and diligence to customer satisfaction.

Product is great but price at the with added prices for warranty is almost $900.
