It was delivered to my father's address instead of mine. I even called the day before to fix the problem but it still occurred. But, when it was correctly delivered the next week, everything was wonderful.

We have owned several front load washers in the past 25 years, even a few commercial grade washers, but this Samsung preforms the best.

Simple fix, right? No. Hours and hours on phone and chat. Before BBY brings a white washing machine. And then they bring TWO white ones. Hard to comprehend the incompetence.

I have been using appliances from this brand and never been disappointed. This washer does its job quite well. We didn't need dryer as dry in the air is good enough after rinse job.
