Samsung has several wash load settings, i can easly select wash load type and walk away. I am pleased with my purchase. I am looking foreward to my first electric bill to checking the saving.

I scheduled a second date for install and they came too early and no one was home. One of my pipes got broken, it was probably old. And the rental truck they were driving had bad battery and i had to wake up my husband to give them a jump.

Nice Washing Machine

I haven't had any water leaks like others. The drawer where you put your liquids will retain water in it. All in all, it gets the job done.

Wonderful product with excellent water saving features. Only issue was from Best Buy itself. They forgot a part when installing it, and it was delayed 2 weeks. It was resolved though so no harm.
