The washer is definitely top tier quality. So far no issues, it’s easy to use. I love the sound it makes when you’re using it or when a load is finished it plays a tune to let you know it’s done.

I've had the washer for a little over a month. So far, everything is working fine and it is pretty quiet. My only complaint is that my previous Samsung washer had a feature that allowed you to save a set of settings as "my wash" and be able to set those at the touch of a single button. This washer does not have that, so when I use normal and want to turn the water temperature down I have to adjust the water temperature every time.

We replaced our older Samsung washer with this model. Many more settings to wash clothing. Much quieter than the other unit. Very easy to use.

This washer is amazing! Very easy to use and love the stackable or side by side option. Washes great and the clothes do not get twisted as with the top load washers.

I love this washer, although we are having a little bit of a problem with the balance. We’re trying to figure out what the Samsung representative who is being helpful

This is the my first W&D Combo I’ve purchased. Couldn’t be happier. Both are easy to use and are fairly quiet.

Works nice so far. We were surprised how quiet it is. You can hardly hear it when it runs. Uses such little water when it washes it's surprising the clothes come out clean, but they do.

Really, this is the best of the Samsung line. It is the same dryer mechanically as the others, but only with fewer settings that I don't use.

Wow! This machine is a beauty! They aren’t lying about the quiet filter it has. I don’t even know they are running half the time! Would buy this over again and again.

We have only had this washer about a month, but no issues yet! Love the speed wash mode for quick loads. Haven't tried washing a king size comforter in it yet. :)
