My previous Samsung unit lasted 12 years. Was overall happy with it. The new one is a little disappointing when compared to the old one I had. Cannot mute the control panel--must hear all the beeps every time you turn it on. Cannot save a program nor does it autosave the last used settings--the older model did it. The detergent dispenser tray has a sealed unit for the bleach section--hence it cannot be opened to be cleaned. It will eventually get moldy--this is poor design. Not much difference in the amount of noise it makes either.

Please measure your space before you buy it . Beside the thickness great dryer so far. Deep inside and has a lot of settings for your needs

So far so good on this dryer. It was on sale, and it does not match our washer, but it is a dryer. It’s simple to use, install, and is extremely quiet. If you are looking for something to transform into a spaceship and fly you to Mars, well, this is not it. However, it is a basic but quality dryer.

It’s ok to be honest. It does all the work. No issues, I’ve had it for 2 months now.

Easy to use. Clothes smell good and feel soft after dry. Dry fast too. Many modes to choose from for different kinds of clothes. A bit loud tho.

I really love this new machine! It truely does have vibration reduction technology! It spins very fast but is very balanced.

Needed to buy a new washing machine after our whirlpool died on us and it would of been too expensive to repair. Easy to use and then a couple of the guys at Best Buy helped me load it in the back of my truck. Next is a Samsung dryer eventually when my Whirlpool goes. But I do have a Whirlpool dryer stacked on top of the Samsung so I do have to make sure the dryer doesn’t move around too much since I can’t use mounting brackets for two different brands. Otherwise it works for now
