We have multiple technicians come to fix it and they couldn't (we had 4) -- they even misled us about the issue. We submitted requests for a refund from Samsung and even it have documented from Samsung that they created a ticket for recommendation of refund and they still won't give us a refund. I highly recommend choosing a brand that cares about Samsung -- it's obvious Samsung doesn't.

I'm still learning the settings and I still need to download the App and give that a try.

Even larger loads are dry within an hour, or a little bit over. A great addition we hope will have many years of use in our house.
