I got this washing machine to upgrade my old washing machine. No complain washed the clothes well, it is smell good.

A good functioning unit that is relatively cheap. Has all the basic functions that a it should.

I will say this it’s seems to get clothes washed. A few things I’m not liking this is a very loud washer machine everyone in the house knows when it is running. The second thing I’m not like at all is water that is left after the cycle on the glass door. You have to leave the door open so it can dry. I hate returning stuff but I’m going to have to because I’ve had the washer for 2 weeks and it already has a mildew smell.

This has been the beat front load I've ever owned. Got it for my new house and its handled some crazy wash loads.

I love my new Washer is has so many options if I have a small load no problem. It is supper easy to use.

I bought a set during black friday promotion and was able to get it for a great deal! Been going strong for 2 months, however, i noticed the water was leaking out when I filled it with heavy stuffs so Im not sure

Beautiful color and is very silent. This is the first time I purchased stackable ones.

Had one minor problem, the decal on the start button was starting to fade while under warranty. Called Samsung and they got someone out right away to fix it and while he was there the tech went through everything and made sure everything was OK. Our previous washing machine was a Whirlpool, contacting them for warranty service was an absolute nightmare so I really appreciate how easy Samsung is to work with.

Best Buy offered the best deal and alternative purchase options. The delivery drivers were friendly, professional and took time to explain the features and gave helpful maintenance information. Very pleased customer!

I hate to even have to say anything negative about Samsung's products but this washer has not met my expectations and has even left little oil deposit spots on some of my clothing, on top of that it doesn't was as quietly as my previous over 10 year old LG washer. I had to have their technician come out twice which is them creating a monopoly because I requested a second oponion and they send the same person out to tell me its fine. Sorely disappointed in this machine and Samsung's customer service. I reported these issues not even 3 weeks from receiving it and they refuse to homor my request to take it back and have made it their agenda to make sure I'm stuck with it whether it works correctly or not.

Good machine , and saving money , also is big space for clothes
