    1st worked fine for 5 years. Main bearing broke 2 weeks after warranty expired. Purchased same model replacement ...slightly different but still part of stackable set with matching dryer. New one seems to vibrate more than previous model, has more options than previous model.

    Purchased for my parents in law, they mentioned they love it. Only issue was delivery, Best Buy likes to lie about not being to delivery in the middle of nowhere. It has happened 3 times in a row where they cancel the delivery the day of. Say the product was damaged, but have it in stock in the store.
