When it came, my schedule is full and did not have the opportunity to install it immediately. Several weeks went by before I did get it installed. The product was defective and would not fill with water. Contacted Best Buy about an exchange and they said since it was past 15 days, there was nothing they could do and that I would have to go to the manufacturer. Did not run one load of laundry through the washer. Awful customer service I would suggest going to a retailer who will stand behind what they sell.

The lint filter is better than the one on my old dryer. I had a time figuring it out, but now am fine with it. The best thing is the door that opens to the side. I have back trouble and emptying the dryer always made my back hurt. With this dryer, I can reach the back of the tub with no contortions. It saves a lot of pain. All in all, I like my new dryer.

I love the child lock feature and how well it dries our clothes. It is a smaller drum than our last dryer but it gets the job done well and I look forward to getting the washer!
