    Shipping was fast but they left in front of my garage after only giving me 5 minutes notice after being 2 hours past the 4 hour window. Wash and dry worked great and look good no complaints at all.

    Good price. Quality product. Delivery crew was EXCELLENT. The only complaint is Best Buy no longer honors Military Discount on appliances. I produced a VALID AND CURRENT DEPT OF DEFENSE ID to the sales rep, and I was told it would not get me a military discount. So that is the reason you all did not get the 5th star

    I recently upgraded laundry room and purchase this washer with the dryer. Washer has been running good so far no issues. Please be aware that ones water has run thru the washer and you need to move or adjust it is very heavy. Seems to hold water after it’s complete is cycle. Don’t know if this is by design. But definitely will need 2 people to maneuver around. But washer has nice finish and quiet.
