The results are a much more even wash/dry cycle with less stain pretreatments and improved run times.

However, when I received the washing machine and installed it, I realized that no parts such as hoses were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying the washing machine at a more expensive price. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.

Dryer gets the job done

Biggest issue I had is with the moisture control sensor. This failed three times and the unit was replaced under lemon law through extended warranty. This unit was previously purchased at H & H Gregg. Owned for 4.5 years when I started having issues.
