You quite literally need to manually drain the water from the bottom for the door to reopen. As for the dryer… it pull more amps than it states, overheats and trips the breaker every time you start the dryer. Both an electrician and Samsung did not know how to fix it. It’s a new home and 2023 new washer and dryer. Never buying again.

Smart options are very handy showing like remaining time or preparing program for your clothings and on the washing machine you can even start it from the app.

I like to use steam choice to get my clothes extra clean. The app helps me know when my clothes are finished washing and which part of the wash cycle is being used. Many different settings for different clothes.
