It runs great. Large capacity loads. Washes delicates nicely, while cleans blankets without worry. It plays a tune when it’s finished. Love that. Best Buy installed, and they were very careful and professional. Great job.

This is the best dryer I have ever purchased. At first it was sold out and I was so bummed. Then it was back in stock and I had to have it. Bought it along with the washer. My husband and I are so happy.

Those aren’t scratches! These are beautiful looking washer and dryer perfect for a small space apartment. Eric did a great job installing our washer and dryer. He even gave us care tips.

So far so good with both the washer and dryer. Did several loads an no issues at all. Installed them myself and leveled everything. Got them at such a great price even with the 5 year geek squad protection it was still less expensive for many other sets from other retailers and they perform perfectly. Hopefully they last many years. We decided to not spend several hundred dollars more and get the pedestals as we are remodeling the laundry room and we are going to create a platform under them and tile the floors, platform and walls.

It's okay for the price but I'm not confident it's going to last more than a few years. From a looks perspective it's a 10! There are lots of cycles to choose from and it does a good job of sensing when the items are almost dry. I also love the blue lights and the little songs it plays. Yes, it's gimmicky but anything that brings enjoyment to a mundane chore is welcome! (FYI this takes a 4-prong plug)

I have a serious problem because all my clothes and my family's clothes are stained with oil. I didn't know how clothes got stained until we put my son's uniform in the first wash and it came out with oil stains. Now I have a lot of clothes with oil stains.

There isn't much insulation around the drum so it sounds pretty loud on my tile floor. The feature I like the most is the ability to choose a more dialed in water temperature. It lets you choose a temp level so you have more choices than cold/warm/hot. I also love the blue lights and the little songs it plays. Yes, it's gimmicky but anything that brings enjoyment to a mundane chore is welcome!

Quality washing machine! The machine is quiet and gets the job done!

The play button must be pressed quite hard, It does not start unless you press the button hard

My dryer is very efficient and nice looking. My clothes, towels, and bedding turn out nice and fluffy. Today, I dried 4 regular-sized pillows in it, and it handled them with ease.

Bought this supposedly new, open box washing machine that lasted about 5 washings over 2 weeks. By then it was shaking so bad the neighbors could hear it and it shook the whole house. Of course Best Buy said it was past their warranty by time we called and referred it to Samsung. Found out it was unfixable, broken weight and bolts. Best Buy should have taken it back for refund or credit but Nooo! Will not be buying major appliances or possibly anything else there again. Took 2 months for Samsung to take action. Not a happy camper!!
