Best Buy picked up and delivered another one promptly. The Timed Dry feature does not work. I will be returning it.

My dogs have shorthair and don't shed very much but I have to remove and clean the filter every 2 weeks (about 5-6 loads) or the machine stops working mid-load. Dog hair on the rubber seal made water leak out the door although the self clean cycle fixed that issue. The machine stopped with a SUD error, allegedly meaning I used too much detergent. I used one HE pod for a full load. It took me an hour to fix that error message. The top of the washer is full of scratches from a plastic hamper and the spin cycle shakes the whole house.

My previous washer was a 5.8 inch top-load but the logic got messed up. My prior washer stopped spinning and would start all over at the rinse/spin stage. Hoping my new front-load would be true to all it is promising. Am enjoying my washer.
