Good replacement washer

My household uses this machine three or four times a week and we have had very good results with it. It it easy to set the number of rinses, the kind of garments being washed, etc. We are happy with the purchase.

Bad Bearings within a year

A year, it washed great but the bearings went bad already and we're probably bad to begin with. It has always been very loud. However it still does a great job cleaning clothes.

This Samsung washer is great because you can wash a comforter with ease. It allows both liquid and powder He detergent which is convenient. Best buy can't through with fast delivery after home depot messed up bad. I will definitely be using best buy for future purchases.

Samsung Washer question

No one in the Geek Squad could answer a question on water temperature. I got 5 different people and when each one could not answer the question, they just passed me on to another department. Finally, one of them told me to call Samsung.
