Repair man came and it still rattles. Other than that, gotta dry the water off seal when your done washing or the seal will mildew and mold then start stinking.

Still learning on the cycles. So far, this machine will work for doing laundry. Only 2 people in our house so don't use for large loads.

And my clothes do not smell like a machine shop, Nor do they smell like somebody else’s dirty clothes and what I especially like is the fact that I don’t get somebody else is laundry soap and or bleach on my clothing.

Based on the descriptions of Excellent to Satisfactory was minor to moderate cosmetic issues. As for how it has been working, it is fantastic.

It mixes with the laundry soap when in wash mode. Only way to use is to wait when it's in rinse mode then add softener.

Has alot of options for different cycles for my clothes versus my husband's clothes whos are very very dirty. Quite when runs definitely want to make sure the washer is level or it will get crazy when it spends. Would recommend

It was delivered to my father's address instead of mine. I even called the day before to fix the problem but it still occurred. But, when it was correctly delivered the next week, everything was wonderful.

The subcontractor of Best Boy refused to connect our washer. We were stuck with washer delivered to our house and not installed for weeks. Our previous washer was also Samsung and it came with a longer drain pipe, so there was no need for an extension and no liability issues for whoever installed the washer 10+ years ago. Samsung's cutting corners caused a great deal of inconvenience to us. Too soon to review the performance of the washer. It is easy to use it.
