I copied the model numbers off my old dryer's manual to order the new one. Was disappointed that it was not the same. The new one did not have steam settings and the door coloring was different and doesn't match my newer washing machine. Hard to see dial settings in the images on the website. I am finding this doesn't dry items as well as my one that used steam did.

Had it delivered, Hooked it up. And it's been working great ever since. Haven't had it a month yet.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

Works great especially large loads. Best purchases made even though it wasn’t the right color I wanted.

Great drier. Love the color, style and features. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the heat sensor turns it off too soon in my opinion. The clothes are a little damp, so usually run on timer setting for towels and sheets.

Very quiet but very good. I love the chimes it rotates through that tell you when your clothes are washed.

Easy to use. Several options and functions regarding load size and type of articles. Does a great job washing and has reminder tone for when load is finished. Sleek and modern look and quiet. Love it!
