I wasn't too happy about when they delivered because they were supposed to come on a Saturday morning between 7 and 1 and they called me at 11 that morning saying they had to reschedule and couldn't get me in until the next Thursday.

It does vibrate a lot with high spin cycles which is why I got the pedestals. Will update review if any changes.

The subcontractor of Best Boy refused to connect our washer. We were stuck with washer delivered to our house and not installed for weeks. Our previous washer was also Samsung and it came with a longer drain pipe, so there was no need for an extension and no liability issues for whoever installed the washer 10+ years ago. Samsung's cutting corners caused a great deal of inconvenience to us. Too soon to review the performance of the washer. It is easy to use it.

Best Buy was great and replaced it. After they left I put a load in and got a leak detection error. Called them again and Best Buy was great they offered a different model etc… but we decided to replace it with another one , of the same model. They came out and replaced it. So after 3 attempts we finally got one that works, so far. We have only had it for a couple of weeks now. So bad on Samsung quality control. Great on Best Buy.

Samsung washer works very well!

The cycles are way shorter than with our old front loader. I have not had a chance to use the steam clean functions yet. Samsung is a great brand.

However it is a bit noisy and shakes a lot when running. I also noticed that there was a slight rust starting to form at the outside that I have been cleaning out to make sure it does not stick. You may want to read reviews about that as this seems to be a common issue that Samsung is not doing anything about. I also realized that the filter is not that sturdy and may not hold enough things that fall through and could possibly clog your outlets. So far I have been cleaning it every month or so and not finding many things there, with my old ge front load I would find treasures in the filter (coins, clips, even kids socks)

I have a bad experience with Best Buy and geek squad. Geek squad team had me Change an outlet for no reason. They sent me a broken washer and the guy named John said that the outlet needs to be replaced. I had to pay money to electrician for no reason. They came and replaced the outlet. The next time the came for installation the washer still wasn’t working. I will not buy anything from bust buy anymore. I have been having a hard time with the customer support and installation process. Very unprofessional, poor customer service.
