Very disappointed in Samsung for the poor quality and the warranty registration policies that prevent you from registering the unit for warranty.

Dryer didn’t work

Do they had to switch out the dryer for another brand new one snd gave to wait 10 more days till it can be delivered and installed! Unacceptable

The moisture sensor is fantastic and will automatically adjust drying time as needed, which means I don't need to keep checking if the clothes are dry yet.
