I had my last Samsung for 12+ years and no issues until recently. I use it almost daily and my new one is working great! Very quiet.

So far so good. Not thrilled with not being able to shut off the noises it makes (every time you press a button). Not thrilled with the "delay end", but that's because I'm used to "delay start". Overall very quiet, washes well, doesn't smell, lots of choices for temperature/spin speed/dirt level. Super easy to use.

Great product. Easy to use and works well. I’d recommend installation. The installation team were incredibly helpful and carried it up 2 flights of stairs. All round great experience. Very happy customer.

This is a plus plus plus machine. Quiet efficient roomy with lots of options. Need to wash you comforter or blanket they have your number. Delicates this machine has a light touch for your fancy stuff. Everyday washing this is a work horse well worth it.

i bought the open box (on a budget) i picked the higher priced one for open box - said it would come with all the accessories and options as if it was new - it didnt. only came wrapped in bubble wrap - fyi) had to do a hard reset to get water to work, walked across floor when i started it. took 4 hours to get it to work right. finally after posting a video someone told me it still had the stabilizer bolts in the back - i was unaware. because i didnt have any instructions and ive only dealt with top loaders. after all the mis-haps. im finally in working condition. works great so far. no issues - happy with purchase.

This washer works great and fit perfectly where my old bulky washer was. This model is slimmer than most and is pretty quiet when being used.

Our Apartment dryer kept giving out so I started browsing the best buy website to see if any dryer will catch my eye. As soon as I saw this dryer I instantly wanted it due to its flashy design. However I also needed something that will work good and I will say this dryer defiantly does the job its moisture sensor helps us save electricity and stops us from over drying cloths. I will defiantly say this dryer is a 8.5/10. The only complaint I would have is that the cloths will get moist again if there left in the dryer for over 3 hours but as long as you take them out once its done its perfect and efficient.

Love that its compact yet fits so much. It's quiet and I love that instead of an annoying buzz it has a melody when its finished. Dries my clothes throughly. I love that it can be side by side or stackable

Love the washer. Quiet and efficient and large. Only issue I have is that the clothes sour really quickly and I tend to need to leave the door open with a fan on to air it out so it doesn’t develop a smell

This washing machine not only looks great with my other Samsung dryer but it works flawlessly. It is very quiet and has plenty of settings to dial in my clothes washing. Good price and they brought it in , hauled away the old noisy one, set it up and showed me how to use it, couldnt ask for more. Very satisfied after 3 months if using it now. Love the anti- vibration feature as well!

Overall nice dryer. Buttons easy to use. Great sound when push buttons and when clothes done. Looks nice too

I’ve only had this dryer for a few weeks now, but it seems to be working great! I love how large it is and the light inside the drum is super helpful to not leave small items behind.
