This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. Washer was installed incorrectly, we had to have 3 different techs come out for over two weeks just to say we should return in. I called into exchange the set. They showed up Tuesday with a cooktop. And then they said they only had a washer. We sent it back. Today they showed up with only the dryer and said there was no order for a dryer. It's ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever had. I've spent at least 15 hours on the phone and chatting with reps for three weeks and issue is still not resolved.

These two lasted approximately 2 years before requiring a repair on a mechanical component that was more than the original cost. Dryer motor went out, it took 3 weeks for Samsung to send repair team. Washer drum and housing went out, it has now been six weeks and despite numerous calls and reassurance from Samsung, the third scheduled service visit has been cancelled. Customer service is a nightmare to get through and if you have to make multiple calls, you have to relive every one of them with the current rep. All calls are routed through call centers and the reps only know the script that is in front of them. It does no good to email Samsung because the only response you get is an acknowledgment that they received your email. 10 out of 10, recommend any other brand than Samsung. (PS also got the crappiest fridge from them that makes about 8 ice cubes a day)
