Price was good and Worker at store was helpful...

Very sleek, quiet dryer by Samsung. We have the very same in our home in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are made very well and we enjoy the Samsung dryer

My previous Samsung dryer lasted us close to 11 years, so I'm hoping this will have the same luck. Overall, I really like the various cycles. I know this sounds weird, but I really like the fact that when you turn it on, it defaults to the "normal" setting, rather than the only previously used. The ONLY thing I don't love about this dryer is that it is nearly impossible to find a service person willing to fix it once it's out of the BBY service plan. It is worth checking that detail out ahead of time before buying, or make a mental note to renew the service plan at the end of the term.

Somewhat easy to install could have been made better looking

I previously wrote a review about this appliance. We are now 6 weeks out from the day this dryer's motor caught on fire. After four visits to our house for "inspections," Samsung finally confirmed what was obvious from the first inspection -- the motor was defective and caused a fire. Now, we are awaiting repair. At the last visit about two weeks ago, we were told the parts to repair would be received in five days. No calls/no word after a week and a half, so we called to follow up. Supposedly the part hasn't been received (never mind the original repairman had the parts and they wouldn't let him replace the motor). So again, we are back to waiting. Six weeks without a dryer and no definite repair date in sight. AGAIN -- cannot recommend more strongly that you DO NOT buy a Samsung dryer. It caught on fire 8 months after purchase and the company hasn't repaired or replaced it as required by their warranty after 6 weeks.

Bought a house with my girlfriend and we were able to finally get a dryer. I love Samsung TVs, so I thought I’d try their dryers. We love it so far.

Good for the cost but still vibrates more than expected

I love this washer!!! It is quiet and works really well. I love that it has a self clean cycle to remove the mildew that a lot of front load washers get!

Buttons(selections) are flat and not as easy to activate

I have only used this machine once but so far so good. The design is sleek and the clothes have come out fine. I love the color. Hope it will last a while.

Love this Washer so far. The loads are huge that I can throw in here. Getting used to front loading, but I love it. Great on the clothes.

I have had no issues at all with this item. My Girlfriend says it is so much easier to use and gets clothes clean way faster than our old washer.

No problems yet. This vibrates more than I would like considering the vibration reduction technology, but still a little better than our previous washer.
