We have had it for 2 months and it stopped drying. I spent 1/2 hour with online support where they told me that I have to have a designated circuit breaker for only the dryer. IT currently is shared with the Washing Machine. They will not service my machine until I do that. I never had a problem with any other brand dryer in that location.

It was advertised as satisfactory, but was only fair a best. The front panel is pushed in as if someone had dropped or kicked it in. There are two bend to the right of the door. What was worse was the attitude of the person on the other end of the phone when I called in about it. I had Samsung look it and they found the door seal was damaged as well. They replaced the seal but couldn’t replace the front panel.

I buy a lot of appliances as a property manager and am used to better quality/service from Samsung. The irony this is listed as having "Vibration Reduction Technology+." Now the entire house shakes and I need a new machine. Argh.
