Can't tell what the button are for. We've only had this machine 3 months. I've never seen anything like this. Expected better from SAMSUNG. Googled this problem and found out it's been going on for a few years. Obviously Samsung doesn't think it's important enough to fix. If all if the wording is gone how would you run the machine? GEEZ! Best Buy said to call Samsung because we didn't buy the extended warranty.

I bought this brand new, used it for two years lightly (1-2 loads per week, never overfilling, using HE detergent). It broke and sounded like a jet engine. After fighting with Samsung customer service for a month and submitting a BBB claim Samsung finally sent a repair person who said the counterweight was broken and it was not repairable. They said they'll give me a "buyout". Now I'm fighting with Samsung to get a timeline / answers for how this "buyout" is supposed to work. I've sent follow up emails daily for the past week and the agent on the case yelled at me that contacting him isn't going to move it any faster after he told me it would be 1-2 days before I'd hear back. Their products and service are a joke. I'll never buy another Samsung appliance again. Save yourself the headache and spend another $100 for a machine that will last 10+ years, not this junk that is unusable after 2 years.
