The balancer broke after just 12 months, and now it is not functioning anymore just after two years. Until it did't get wrong it worked, that's why the two stars.

Starting last week, the washer was literally walking during the spinning cycle. We opened the front panel and saw that the two heavy metal pieces that were attached to the drum completely came off, and the drum also have various cracks... Maybe it was just bad luck, but for a washer machine that is lightly used for only a year and 3 months, I am not very happy with the quality from Samsung. Unfortunately the manufacturer warranty only covers the first year and we did not purchase any extended ones, so repair would cost quite a fortune for us. Anyway, we are going for a different brand this time.

The manual says this feature takes longer than some of the other drying choices but uses less power. When it starts, it shows the time it's going to take as 116. However, I use this cycle for almost every load, and it has never taken that long, and the clothes have always been thoroughly dry (it usually takes about 45 minutes, sometimes less).

We love our new washer and dryer. The reason with I gave 3 stars is because of the delivery of the product (I am guessing best buy use 3rd party delivery/installation option). I was charged for the installation of the equipment and when the deliver guys showed up, it seems like they were just least interested in having them install. They looked at the connection knob and said we are not able to remove that (didn't even try) and gave really hard time to my wife. We ultimately had to call our neighbor to help out since my wife is not very handy, and our neighbor was able to do it in less than a second. It is just horrible that you pay for something and have to do it yourself.
