I have no idea if this is a good washer or not because Best Buy has been to our house 4 times already and each time had a different excuse why they couldn't install it. They delivered a broken washer the first time and the last time they "didn't have enough time" to install even though they knew what was involved in the install. Each time they have to reschedule its at least 3-7 days. Better off buying somewhere else.

They can either answer your question or transfer you to your local store to answer your specific concern.

This junk only wets the clothes very little and starts washing! I don't know why companies are so concerned about the usage of water. We are the ones paying the bills! Super long cycles as well. Takes 2 hours to "wash". It also drips when washing and clothes still stink obviously because the washer doesn't use water to wash. I guess the people that rated this so we'll don't mind their clothes stinking and don't need water to clean clothes..
