I had leak happen right after delivery people left, on the very first cycle. 2) I then swapped out leaking machine for same model. I ran calibration cycle without problems. I noticed during first wash that the machine shook SO VIOLENTLY during spin cycle that I thought that the machine was going to fall off the pedestal. Watch a video on Youtube titled "Samsung literally jumps and shakes a lot". It is slightly different model but exhibited identical degree of vibration. Fortunately for me, Best Buy had great customer service. I went back the next day and upgraded to more expensive LG. It hasn't yet arrived, but it has to be better than this Samsung.

I hate the fact that HOT water is not real hot but something around 90f. Also if you fill the machine up with towels it will constantly drain the water and fill up again.

Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. We purchased a front-loading washer (model WF45B6300AC) 27 months ago for $850, and it has already failed twice. The most recent issue, which seems to be a well-known problem, will cost $660 to repair. Neither issue was covered under warranty. Adding to our frustration, the ice maker in our refrigerator also stopped working just after the warranty expired and the matching dryer's drum is beginning to squeak. Given our experience and that of others we know, it seems Samsung appliances are not built to last, and the company’s customer service does little to address these ongoing issues. We had high hopes based on their other products, but I can’t recommend their appliances given their poor reliability and inadequate customer support. We will never buy another Samsung product again.
