The 5 spin settings are intense, when it is on the highest level spinning it actually affects the entire room, hard to explain but it can vibrate the room. With that, our clothes come out almost dry.

Plus it plays a song at the end that will last about 15 seconds to make sure you know the load is done washing!

Now I have to replace it. Repairman said it most likely was faulty from the beginning.a tube got loose started leaking and resulted in cutting and putting holes in another tube and drum seal.

Great washer for large loads

And they honored the lower matching rate and i had to do nothing! So many settings, all so quiet! Highly recommend the riser (50% off) if not, your doing laundry in your knees!

Never could get balanced.

I dont know if is the product or just the front end loading design but this washer was leveled and still jumped around my laundry room. Everything I tried to do to level the washer did not work. Ordered and replaced with a top end loading washer, its great.

Good dryer for not going too crazy on the price

The only thing I do not like so far is that I have another Samsung washing machine and the doors open on the opposite sides. I wish Samsung made its doors only open one way.

No heat - no use

Finally got it installed today by professional installer (not Best Buy) and the dryer does not heat up (seeing other reviews, it appears I'm not alone with this problem). Called Samsung only to be advised they don't have service in my area, but someone will be contacting me in the next couple of days! This is incredibly frustrating. We have many Samsung products, but I don't think we'll be buy any more and certainly not from Best Buy

Poor Service

But it should've take almost 2 hours to wash a load of clothes. Also it doesn't matter what temperature setting I use water is very hot. Only had the washer a little over a month & best buy says its not their problem call Samsung. We will see what options they offer but I definitely wouldn't buy again.
