Washing without water!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am disappointed, i was so happy to receive this just to find out it washes without water, and no matter what combination of programs i try, it barely uses enough water to wet the clothes, when i remove the clothes after washing they have dried on detergent on them! We called the service guy from samsung and he checked the software and said all good, this is how it is! I wish i would know this before , i wouldn’t buy this! I can’t believe i spent so much money on this garbage! Also there is no program description anywhere not even online!

Beware of open box items

It was advertised as satisfactory, but was only fair a best. The front panel is pushed in as if someone had dropped or kicked it in. There are two bend to the right of the door. What was worse was the attitude of the person on the other end of the phone when I called in about it. I had Samsung look it and they found the door seal was damaged as well. They replaced the seal but couldn’t replace the front panel.

Got this one due to the fact that i just purchased a 5.0 cf washer 3.5 years ago and now its not worth fixing (950.00 + maybe a inner drum)and they are not even sure they can get the counter balance that it needs. The only reason i purchased the 4.5cf was that the dryer still works and i bought two pedestal at 300.00 a piece. Hopefully this one last longer!

The 1st one began to leak shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. Shortly after that, the rubber seal on the door tore. After countless calls and chats with Best buy I found out it would be almost the same price to buy a new one than replace. So fast forward, I purchased a new one and now a few months after, it’s now making an awful sound during spin mode. Stay away! Samsung doesn’t stand by their product when called.

Now the entire house shakes and I need a new machine. Argh.

Loaded it up for the 1st time and the vibration when spinning was insane. The washer was moving around causing damage to the laundry room. 2 people could not keep the washer from moving. Leveled the wahser again and still had the same issue. Ended up returning the item and bought a new one different brand, and had no issues.
