    We had this washer for a little over a year. Starting last week, the washer was literally walking during the spinning cycle. We opened the front panel and saw that the two heavy metal pieces that were attached to the drum completely came off, and the drum also have various cracks... Maybe it was just bad luck, but for a washer machine that is lightly used for only a year and 3 months, I am not very happy with the quality from Samsung. Unfortunately the manufacturer warranty only covers the first year and we did not purchase any extended ones, so repair would cost quite a fortune for us. Anyway, we are going for a different brand this time.

    Would not recommend purchasing this or the my best buy total tech service. There is a defect with these models where the counter weight is not torqued down correctly causing it to crack and break. The loud airplane launching noise is a great indicator for this. Apparently setting up an appointment with total tech does not guarantee anyone will even show up or even contact you to reschedule when they "over book" you. I'd only consider this if you want to take a chance your model has no issues and can afford to go a month without being able to wash your clothes.

    The spin cycle sounds like a Gulf Stream is taking off in our laundry room. Called Best Buy and was given a case number and told someone would call us. That’s it. Horrible customer service on a product they sold. I had a Samsung for 13 years and it sounded NOTHING like this machine. No idea why a newer washer would be worse than my old unit that finally gave up. More than disappointed in product and Best Buy.

    Do not buy open box!!

    Not happy! Bought open box, had a little dent not a problem. Got it home worked great 2 days after i could no longer return, started to act up on us. Wouldnt wash, door can not lock properly. Now almost a month and no longer wants to wash at all. Can't get anyone to help.

    Having to wipe out the bottom inner ring every time I do a load of laundry is frustrating considering the cost of the machine. Other than that it’s great

    planned obsolescence at its best

    It is a very poorly made washing machine. The balancer broke after just 12 months, and now it is not functioning anymore just after two years. Until it did't get wrong it worked, that's why the two stars.

    Delivery is Dispicable Machines work great

    The product was beautiful the delivery was atrocious. I have waited from Oct til just week to get my products imstalled and delivered. To add insult they scratched my washer and Best Buy had the audacity to tell me the scratches are only worth 30 bucks. As if i could walk in their store damage an item and tell them how much it should be worth. Purchasing the products was a wonderful experience but every moment after that was hell. Its sad that people are treated with such disregard and blatant disrespect. My lesson is leaned Home Depot from now on.

    Good if your ok with washing with no water

    Apparently Samsung doesn't know you need WATER to wash clothes!! This junk only wets the clothes very little and starts washing! I don't know why companies are so concerned about the usage of water. We are the ones paying the bills! Super long cycles as well. Takes 2 hours to "wash". It also drips when washing and clothes still stink obviously because the washer doesn't use water to wash. I guess the people that rated this so we'll don't mind their clothes stinking and don't need water to clean clothes..

    Great washer, horrendous delivery via 3rd party. Since when does the geek squad not deliver and install Best Buy purchases. You’ve completely remove the leg up you’ve heard from other big box stores.

    Washes great but the finally spin is very loud, almost like a howling sound. Not sure the vibration reduction really works.

    Nice but when unwrapped item it had 2 dents in lower left corner. Tried to call store but automated system kept me on hold for 15-30 min then would hang up on me. Poor system. Aside when picked up items the boys just stuffed items and there was no friendliness to the loaders.
