    Customer support is the worst! I’ve had the WORST experience imaginable. Not one but two washers delivered damaged. Still nothing from Best Buy on how they plan on resolving the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ve spent hours on the phone, missed multiple days of work, been hung up on and had to re-explain my problem over and over again.

    Good washer if it works right (mine didn’t)

    Washing machine shook like mad (yes shipping bolts were removed) so much so the machine would move several inches along the floor during spin cycle on heavier loads. Purchased washer/dryer on BestBuys leasing 90 day same as cash and returning the machine was an absolute nightmare between Best Buy and the lease company. I’m returning it but had to purchase another machine via another lease; hopefully this one works like it’s supposed to. I felt like I was being penalized because they sold me a dud machine…

    Poor washing efficiency! It is not able to set the temperature of water! (What do the settings mean, Cold or Hot, and how much is it?) Similarly for the Spin and Rinse cycles!

      We understand how you feel about being unable to set the washer's water temperature, Leon. Let us help.

      The washer has an ATC (Auto Temperature Control), which enables it to control water temperatures in each washing cycle using the internal thermistor. It is to maintain certain washing temperatures for best results.

      We have provided a link to troubleshoot the washer fills with the wrong water temperature. The link also includes other links to check about the washer cycles and when the unit displays an error code. A video you may watch from the beginning until the end is also attached.

    I purchased this washer in August and had it installed in my new place. I moved in 2 months ago and the washer now stopped spinning. I am so very very upset because I got rid of the old old and ugly but perfectly working washer that came with this house for a brand handy new washer that stopped working after 2 months. I thought I was upgrading. I decided to go with Samsung thinking I was upgrading but very very disappointed. This thing is not worth your money. Yes, they are coming to repair it in a few days but because is still under warranty but what happens after the 2 years. I am stuck with a useless washer. Very very disappointed. I thought Samsung will be top notch and is not.

    Worst experience ever. I have no idea if this is a good washer or not because Best Buy has been to our house 4 times already and each time had a different excuse why they couldn't install it. They delivered a broken washer the first time and the last time they "didn't have enough time" to install even though they knew what was involved in the install. Each time they have to reschedule its at least 3-7 days. Better off buying somewhere else.

    It was broken never came to replace it I called and I was never able to get to talk to them the first order delivery people dropped my machine

    Ordered in May, 22. Washing Machine has already started to fail. Making loud noises at the end of the spin cycle. Have been trying to connect with service to get item repaired or replaced. Continue to get disconnected and no return calls. Having to start the process over each time. We would have actually loved the machine if it didn’t make the noise but because no one will return my call or put me through to the right person to connect with getting it repaired or replaced, “1-Year Warranty”

    Hit the start button, doesn’t start, happens at least 2x a week, ready to go down the warranty rabbit hole. I think it is a child sensor in the door. The 15 year old LG never had this problem.

    how do you expect people to give you a good evaluation of a product when they've just gotten it. this is neither fair to the customer, nor anyone reading a review. don't ask for a review right after buying and maybe i'd have a better review.

    This is a great washer. I manage rental properties and have them in two of the houses, and just bought one for myself. Can handle small and large loads equally well, good selection of wash cycles, and have had zero issues since using them the past 3 years or so.

    Delivered in July gave out in September the washer loudly spins and bangs once warranty fixes it I’m selling it and getting a GE I should Have never switched from GE to begin with I had that front loader since dinosaurs walked and it still worked but know I wanted Rose gold and now my GE washer is being used by some looky family and I’m sitting here looking at my Samsung washer tap dance off the second floor of my home

    This washing machine washes everything just fine. But it is even louder during the spin cycle than my old machine. It is super load and makes banging, knocking noises that carries throughout the entire home. For this reason, I do not recommend it.

    Best Buy delivery service is the worst! First appointment for delivery they said they knocked on my door? Liars! I was home all day! Rescheduled delivery and delivery team said we can’t install not enough room! I had the exact same size LG stackable in the space for 10 years that is even 1 inch deeper then the Samsung Best Buy was supposed to install and wouldn’t even try! I CALLED AND CANCELED ORDER THAT SAME DAY YET ITS STILL SHOWING ON MY CARD! PLEASE REMOVE CANCELED PURCHASE FROM MY Best Buy credit card! HOME DEPOT WILL BE DELIVERING AND INSTALLING SAME MACHINE!     Feels professional, but the WiFi is useless

    Caught this on a black Friday deal for $700, and I must say I'm very glad. It is extremely thorough, clean, and good at what it does. Though the WiFi features are wholly useless considering you have to interact with the device, so being able to control it at distance isn't helpful.
