    Feels professional, but the WiFi is useless

    Caught this on a black Friday deal for $700, and I must say I'm very glad. It is extremely thorough, clean, and good at what it does. Though the WiFi features are wholly useless considering you have to interact with the device, so being able to control it at distance isn't helpful.

    I do not think I have had clean clothes before this washer. My clothes are just so much cleaner. My only complaint is that I wish the doors on the washer and dryer opened in the opposite direction. It would make transferring clothes so much easier.

    We bought this washer end of Aug of 2020. It was a great price and worked fantastic until it didn't. 5 days ago it started making a clunking sound, my guess it's one of the drum/basket rollers failed. Let me point out I've used this washer FOR LESS THAN 2 YEARS. Well, not only is it out of warranty by 9 months but there are ZERO Samsung Technicians in "my area" even though there is one about 30 miles away. Then Samsung support told me to call an appliance repair shop about 1,000 miles away. Anyways I paid over $700 on a washer that I will most likely need to drop $300-$450 dollars into to get it to work again. If you're on the fence about this washer just do the math

    Do not buy- broken after 1 year and 10 days

    DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES. The washer stopped working mid-cycle exactly 10 days after the warranty expired. The Samsung repair service provider took a $200 deposit and never showed up or returned our calls.

    Not so happy with the washer, don’t know if it wasn’t installed correctly but it makes a noise when it’s washing and when it’s spinning the whole washing machine and the dryer shakes. Had to leave town and won’t be back in till July as soon as I get back will call to make an appointment so they can fix it. Thanks

    Unbalanced Washer but washes good!

    I was really looking forward to using this washer and all its features. Sadly after only one month of use, has it been constantly unbalanced, vibrates and is super loud. It has been leveled and we always makes sure it is not overloaded with clothes but even at that. It should not do this after only one month. We had Geek Squad come out, they checked everything and found no issues that it was leveled. Only suggested to reach out to Samsung directly. Now past the return window with Best But and stuck with an unbalanced washer that is loud. Don’t get me wrong it washes clothes but for the price we paid it shouldn’t be. Hopefully Samsung support can make it right and fix it.

    Worst Washer Ever!

    Used washer once and the Washer has been stuck on the rinse/spin cycle for 45min. I have unplugged the washer & turn off & on and still experience the same issue. It just adds water, swish swish for 1 min drains and does it all over again. The time stops moving and it doesn’t fully wash. Defective! Biggest headache! Waste of time and money

    Great until it breaks

    I got this washer in October 2021 and started making noises on December 2021. Samsungs service department is AWFUL is made to discourage you from submitting a claim. After initial assessment for repair, it was switched to exchange and now Samsung won’t do exchange with e receipt. I’ve been on the phone with Samsung for at least 5 different occasions and each for at least 45 minutes. If you buy it I hope you dont have to go through the same ordeal

    Avoid this machine

    Terrible. This washer's bearings went bad after two years.... extremely loud noise in spin stage. Bearing problem verified by two repair people. The fix would have been very expensive so we bought a new one. Avoid Samsung! One repair person said Samsung washers last 2-4 years. We had normal wash loads for a small family.

    NOT satisfied with this Purchase

    I am not pleased with this purchase at all. I've had it less than 3 months and the service technicians have been out twice only to tell me everything is fine. However, it's still knocking every time I put a load in the washer. I've changed to settings from normal, to towels, to quick wash to bedding. Added more clothes, added fewer clothes. Same thing each times it drains and spins...Beware!!

    Had to have the washer serviced as the codes kept coming up on the front & need to have it serviced again as the half of the ceramic part insode the washer thats the circle part in the front it broke in half & fell down into the washer. This is the second samsung washer Ive had that I have had issues with unfortunately.

    Mechanical issues, delayed service. Do not buy!

    Have already had several problems with this machine within the first month of purchase. I own a PT clinic and we use the washing machine daily. The door locks automatically and does not open. We have had to have the maintenance team from Samsung come for service repairs 3 times and each time, it takes them a week to make an appointment and in the mean time my staff has to go to a laundromat to get laundry done. Has been a headache. I do not recommend this washing machine at all.

    This machine works pretty good and connects with wi-fi, but I’m not agree that it’s come without the hoses for water, and the dryer was a joke comes with a 8 inch hose, the good thing is the double connector (splitter). 5 starts but one less for it!!
