    love my Samsung washer. Had a problem recently and an agent fixed it . fast , easy and no cost to me. Geek squad agent was very professional and knowledgeable . I would purchase another Samsung if/when this one dumps.

    Disappointed, only had a year and not working. It has stop spinning, water is not draining.

    The dryer is beautiful and compact;however, after 12 loads, it started getting violent, making excessive noise!

    I do 2 loads of laundry every week, sometimes an extra load a week. This washer lasted 1 year and 2 months. Its broken now, something is wrong with the spin mechanisms. They just dont make anything that lasts anymore.

    Love the delay option but not a fan of the washer itself. I felt my clothes didn't get wet enough or even washed. Had washer for just a little over a year and now I'm waiting on a new set (different brand) to come in and try. Fingers crossed.

    Samsung Washer/Dryer

    Love the smart washer and dryer. Only issue was the 4” gas hose wasnt long enough and had to go out an purchase another. However as far as the set it works great and love the integration with Google Nest/Home.

    Noisy since pretty much day one. Got worse and worse. We got Samsung to come out and their tech said the bearings were bad and likely had been since shipment from factory. Have had a nightmare dealing with Samsung and Best Buy. Samsung are pushing it to Best Buy and Best Buy are penalising me because I got their extended warranty and say if I exchange it with them I will have to pay for a new warranty and for delivery, AGAIN!

    Purchased this washer June 2022. Makes a loud noise during spin. Basically sounds like a 20lb weight is in there. After hours of troubleshooting and talking/video chatting with Samsung tech support we found out the washer repair out weights the cost of a new one…. 1 year manufacturer warranty makes since because Samsung knows this washer is terrible.

    WARNING!! DO NOT BUY. Samsung appliances are the worst. This machine is so smart, its dumb. It does not work. Bought in Aug 2022 and just had the 2nd tech come out to see why water enters and then leaves out. Washing the clothes with no water in it. The explanation that was given is you can't wash shirts and pants together, you have to mix the right clothing so it can be balance, etc. Shoes and comforters has to go to the laundromat. There's no simple washing with this machine. Don't buy, but if you do, pay attention and return before the return date expires and you have to deal with the warranty department that tries not to replace it.

    The appliance itself works great but the process of getting it to my house from the outlet was terrible. There was no sense of urgency even after the first unit they sent malfunctioned the first use. Will be shopping elsewhere for my next appliance need

    This is a beautiful machine and when it works it is great, but the failure on these machines seems to be total and a known issue to Samsung. The weights break free and in my case tore a hole in the tub. At this moment I will reserve my opinion of the warranty program with Samsung and Best Buy but at the moment not impressed. I hope my opinion changes as at this moment I buy all my appliances through Best Buy.

    This washer was delivered in 1/2022. It worked great until a few months ago when it started vibrating violently. This has been used by a household size of 2 adults, so it hasn't been used excessively. I'm now shopping for a new washer.

    Seems to be only lower cost front load option. Replacing unit at my rental that broke just after 2 yrs. I assume there was heavy usage but less than 2.5 yrs to a failure is ridiculous. Pains me to have to buy the same unit but tight fit requires it.

    AWFUL CHEAP WASHER

    Literally purchased this washer machine thinking it was a great deal and a year and a half later it’s sounding like a car crash when it spins. Samsung says its out of warranty but obviously they know it has faulty parts. I barely Wash anything and I’ve never even seen a washer machine do this after less than 2 years of use. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Samsung IS HORRIBLE
