    Hate this washer. Washer is horrible!!! The washer is suppose to be vibration reduction and very quite and it’s the exact opposite. Every time it spins out it sounds like it’s gonna take flight out the window. Horrible washer for the price I paid for it. Will never purchase it again. I’ve even had it replaced and it still is not a good washer.

    Broke within 3 months of purchase! Gets stuck in a cycle and remains locked. Kicking myself for not spending the extra $ for the geek squad insurance as I know this would not be an issue if I had.

    This along with a matching dryer are the worst purchases I have ever made. Two defective machines, non responsive customer service and down right unprofessional installation. I now have two brand new machines that I guess I need to replace. I will never buy from Best Buy again. I could not possibly be less pleased.

    vary poor i had it for about week in a half and its aredy falling apart geek squad is coming take a look at it on friday but im vary unsatisfied with it so load u can hear threw the house and frankly were afrade to use it at this point

    Awful awful service! After purchasing stackable washer/dryer, upon delivery, washer damaged - it happens. BUT it was after that trying to get the NEW washer was unacceptable! I went to local store several times to confirm delivery. In day of delivery- no washer! It took MANY calls & hours of frustration to finally get it delivered on 6/18/21. Rep apologized for dropping the ball.

    The tub shakes all over the place. We have had repair men out and they say they have the same issue on the model for multiple owners. We have made sure it is level too. I would not recommend this washer as is. Working on contacting Samsung

    Don’t buy without extended warranty

    Bought in 2020 and died within 3 years. Thank goodness we bought the 5 year Geek Squad extended warranty. The credited us the cost we paid and we bought a new washer. If you buy this buy and extended warranty,

    The machine stopped working within a yr. Unknown to us...water has to be drained from contraption on left constantly. Now 2 yrs later the machine broke completely.

    TERRIBLE!!!! Brand new and is stuck on rinse cycle. Gets to 10 mins and stays there, rinsing and rinsing. Just adding more water and not draining or spinning. My dryer from Samsung, arrived DOA. What useless crap. And terrible customer support.

    These washer and dryers were defective, picked up on 8/30/23 and on 8/31/23 I couldn’t wash or dry! I today is 9/15/23 I still do not have a replacement I have to go with out ! I won’t be getting new ones till the 20th !

    Don't Buy Without Coverage

    Amazing washer, while it works. Right at one year, though, it broke beyond repair. We thought that a brand new appliance would work longer than a year, so we didn't have any extended coverage. Thanks for the pain and waste of money, Samsung and BestBuy.
