Bought in December didn’t make it to see April showers. Brand new might I add.I was better washing the clothes by hand !

We rarely use hot water. Bad quality. We’ve used several brands, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Lg over the years and they just works for many years till worn out. This is by far the worst.

I have checked my surface but still I hear sound 3/5 times. Also my bad experience is with bestbuy online orders to all the way it’s installed at my place.
