    Installation nightmare. Bestbuy needs to hire better installer and train how to do better customer service what a joke! going to Home Depot to give them my business.

    Never buy this. It says vibration reduced but it works crazy loud and vibrating. Unfortunately I start to use it after 15 days I buy it and can't return it

    My washer is defective. It spins very loudly, and it moved because it was spinning very loudly. Best Buy is replacing the washer

    Not even two months old and already not working. I knew I should have thought about purchasing another Samsung appliance. NEVER lasts, always issue.

    The water level doesn’t fill up use very minimal water does not wash clothes clean, had to return. I do not recommend. I exchanged it for the Samsung top loader.

    The only thing I would like is the choice of temp for wash and rinse. Other than that it is phenomenal. I love the smart wash where it adjusts for the load up or down due to amount of laundry. It is supper quiet (as long as you don’t have super heavy stuff to bang around in rinse cycle like heavy blanket or zippered items).

    SUCKS!!! Stuck in cooling mode after 2 months. can't get it out of cooling mode. so I guess you just buy new appliances every two months.
