    Great washer, awful installation service

    I want to start off by saying that this rating gets knocked down a star only because of the sheer issue we had for the delivery and installation process. The washer itself is a newer model than the one we had. It lasted us just about 8 years . This one is a bit bigger and is much faster with some newer features that makes our clothes feeling much more fresh. That is the steam feature. What's nice is that you have the option to download new features to clean also. The delivery and installation was a nightmare. They cancelled on us the last minute and made us wait a week before we could get a new date. Customer service in the home and delivery department was absolutely no help and made the entire exchange very cumbersome and difficult for our household. When they finally came they didn't install properly. After the first use, the hose popped out of the spout and spilled a large amount of water all over the floor. After the cleanup we called general customer service and they were nice enough to give us compensation which did help. I will say though the best bet is to just have BestBuy deliver and have your plumber that you use install for you

    Got this washer and dryer. The washing machine broke after 5 months. Called samsung and the agent said someone will reach out to me to come check it out and promised a call back within 48 business hours to schedule the appointment. I am still waiting, its been 72 hours and i am not being dramatic, i have a newborn and a brand new washer that is defective. He even said he will rush this and i shouldn't even have to wait 48 business hours to get a call back. Now i still have to wait for someone to call me and then who knows when they will have availability to come “check it out”. It also smells bad, i keep the door and detergent tray open after washes

    Purchased mounting brackets mounted them as instructed everything was leveled. Washer shakes so bad it sounds like an airplane taking off shakes the house. Today (with spin cycle on lowest setting due to the amount of noise it makes) the Samsung brackets broke, the dryer fell off the back and broke the legs off the dryer. Will be calling to initiate return in the morning.

    The washer was a great selection for the price. We needed something quickly and after lots of research we decided on this one and it has been a great purchase so far. No complaints! It is quiet and the cycles clean really well.

    Vibrating so much it shakes the house

    I bought this washing machine when I moved into a new home with the matching dryer. The washing machine keeps getting so loud. It’s vibrates that bad that the monitors on my desk rattle and move. I have had 5 service visits and multiple parts replaced. It gets a little better and then within a few weeks it back to the very loud and crazy vibrations. I am having call out 6 next week. I hope they replace it. I am so done with it
