    Not enough water, clothes don’t come out clean, resulting in having to rewash..my cheap amana washer did a better job of washing than this. Dissatisfied past the return policy.. I should be able to wash 6 towels and not have to worry about stains still on them.. the machine doesn’t put in enough water on most cycles.

    Although I have only had the 4.5 Cu. Ft. Front Load Washer for several weeks, I am very satisfied with its performance. It is relatively quiet, does a good job of washing, and has numerous cycle options. My main complaint is that puddles of water remain in the rubber trough surrounding the tumbler. One must towel dry it in order to prevent it getting musty. Also, excessive water remains in the detergent drawer when the cycle is finished. It is a mold and mildew magnet!

    I bought this washing machine when I moved into a new home with the matching dryer. The washing machine keeps getting so loud. It’s vibrates that bad that the monitors on my desk rattle and move. I have had 5 service visits and multiple parts replaced. It gets a little better and then within a few weeks it back to the very loud and crazy vibrations. I am having call out 6 next week. I hope they replace it. I am so done with it

    Looks sleek and works great. Big down fall is that if you don’t wipe the glass on the inside of the washer every time, it begins to stink.

    Well, the people who installed it were great, so there is that. Otherwise, do NOT buy this dryer. There's some kind of programming/design flaw where after about two or three minutes, the timer automatically goes down to ONE minute then shuts off. Can't explain why. I guess this is a good dryer if you only need to dry something for maybe four minutes tops.

    I bought this “dryer” not even 3 months ago and I absolutely hate it. My clothes are never dry when I take them out. The stupid seansor for some reason always thinks they are dry and cuts off. They are damp and end up smelling because of this piece of crap. I am now posting this junk on fb marketplace so I can actually get something that drys my things!!!

    The washer is great! Until you want to move it. Delivery drivers DID NOT LEAVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS! Good luck getting the proper part number to order a new set (at over $100). I was transferred to 4 different departments by Best Buy and no one could help me. Avoid at all costs.

    This is bad experience. The washer broke within. 1 month . As it’s under warranty Samsung said they replace it instead of repair. It’s been month now I am waiting for replacement. This sucks..

    Do to the fact that i was supposed to receive it over a week ago its quit hard to give this anymore than 1 star. I would really like to understand how i was promised one date and they canceled last moment then delay the delivery by almost a month.

    I don't know how good it is because Best Buy did a horrible delivery job and I can't use it yet. I got it 3 weeks late and they couldn't even get it inside because they would have needed to remove the door and I didn't buy installation. I am disgusted by their business.

    This washer is do quiet. You wouldn't know it was even running. I have it inside a closet and it's the best machine I ever had. It washes the clothes Great, gets them very well spun out, so I money on my drying cycle. Lots of program options. I would definitely recommend. It's only recently purchased, but so far I am very happy
